The vineyard that started with vinifera
Konstantin Frank is the grower credited with proving that European vinifera grapes, Riesling among them, could survive the Finger Lakes winters, where native and hybrid grapes had been the rule. His winery, on Middle Road at Hammondsport, builds its seasonal tour on that story.

Fulkerson has no guided tour, but its trails are free to walk on your own.
