How to choose

• Price. Do Eat Better starts lowest, from 65.95 euros, but its price moves with the date. Eating Europe and Secret Food Tours are about level at 79 and 79.99 euros.
• Time of day. Eating Europe’s street food tour leaves at 10 am. Its Pizza & Drinks tour at 5 pm.
• Where. Do Eat Better and Secret Food Tours both meet at Piazza Dante, on the edge of the old centre. Eating Europe starts at the Galleria Umberto I, near the port.
• More time. Culinary Backstreets’ five-hour format, in small groups, is the long option.
