Foodies Festival
The Foodies Festival tours nine places in England and Scotland from 1 May to 30 August 2027, three days at each stop: all dates, cities and tickets.
The Foodies Festival is a touring food and drink festival in the United Kingdom. Rather than one big event in one city, it sets up for three days in one place, moves on, and repeats the formula through the spring and summer. Its organisers bill it as “the UK’s biggest celebration of food & drink”. The site is published by The Media Company Publications Ltd, a company registered in Scotland.
The 2027 tour
The organisers announced nine stages for 2027, from 1 May to 30 August, each lasting three days.
| Stage | 2027 dates |
|---|---|
| Brighton, Preston Park | Saturday 1 to Monday 3 May |
| Bath | Friday 21 to Sunday 23 May |
| Syon Park, London | Saturday 29 to Monday 31 May |
| St Albans | Friday 4 to Sunday 6 June |
| Tatton Park, Cheshire | Friday 9 to Sunday 11 July |
| Winchester | Friday 16 to Sunday 18 July |
| Edinburgh | Friday 6 to Sunday 8 August |
| Glasgow | Friday 13 to Sunday 15 August |
| Oxford | Saturday 28 to Monday 30 August |
Most stages run from Friday to Sunday. Brighton, Syon Park and Oxford run from Saturday to Monday, over bank holiday weekends in England. Each stage has its own page on the official site. The Brighton page gives its address.
Foodies Festival tickets
Tickets are sold stage by stage. On the Syon Park page for 2027, prices start from 27 pounds for an adult, 8 pounds for a young adult and 59 pounds for a family of two adults and two children. Weekend tickets, from 15 pounds per day, give entry on all three days. These are Syon Park prices: other stages may charge differently, so check the page of your stage before you buy.
What to eat and drink
The festival’s subject is food and drink in general, and this guide files it under street food. Each stage page gives the details of what is on in that place, and the stage pages of this guide add what to eat in the town around it.
Choosing a stage
- By region. The south of England has five stages within reach of London (Brighton, Bath, Syon Park, St Albans, Winchester), plus Oxford. Tatton Park serves the north-west. Edinburgh and Glasgow are a week apart in Scotland.
- By calendar. May and June bring four stages, July two, August three.
- By weekend type. The three Saturday to Monday stages fall on bank holiday weekends, which suit a long weekend away.
Getting around
London is the hub of the rail network: Brighton, Bath, St Albans, Winchester and Oxford have direct trains from the capital, and Syon Park is in west London. Edinburgh and Glasgow are linked by train.
