Foodies Festival Brighton

Brighton is the first stop of the Foodies Festival’s 2027 tour. The festival sets up in Preston Park, a large park north of the city centre, from Saturday 1 to Monday 3 May 2027. The Monday is the early May bank holiday in England, so the stage covers a long weekend.

Around the festival

Brighton is a seaside city: fish and chips on the seafront and seafood stalls near the pier are part of a visit. The city also has a long-standing vegetarian and vegan restaurant scene, and the Lanes and North Laine, in the centre, are full of cafés and independent food shops.

Getting there

Preston Park station, one stop north of Brighton station on the line to London, is next to the park. Trains from London Victoria and London Bridge reach Brighton, and Gatwick Airport is on the same line.

Where to stay

The seafront and the streets around the Lanes put you within a short bus or train ride of Preston Park. Because the Monday is a bank holiday, two nights, Saturday and Sunday, fit the stage. Reserve them as soon as your plans are set.
